Accommodations 2009 hours

Open weekly with breakfast. no night time service effected. bedrooms’ keys must be withdrawn within 7.00 pm of the day before.

You may reserve either the bed and breakfast rates or the full overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and or dinner.

2009 annual closings:

From 2009, January the 1st to 2009, January 20th.
Reopening: 2009, January the 21st

Reservations and cancellations:

Reservations are mandatory, by phone or internet. A deposit is required for more than one day’s stay. Charges are calculated for cancellations less than three days prior to arrival. We will keep the deposit and charge the entire reservation. Should you leave your reservation early, you will still be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled stay.

TYPES OF BEDROOM

STANDARD ROOM: Double Bed, with space in some rooms for an additional bed, as well as television. Bathroom includes toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer and mirror.

TOWER BEDROOM: Second floor bedroom with living room (television), bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, mirror) and a bedroom on a platform, with an ancient acacia wood floor.

Children are always welcome at Podere Terravera

We are equipped with playground (also give a look to: playground area images gallery), dedicated menu, entertainment and courses.

Available to Guests: the playground, walking trails, ping pong, football field, volleyball court and you also have the chance to visit our botanical park. Also available are the library in the main house and the billiards room.
